Vipzino Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Greenwich N.V., the operator of vipzino.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/1646/1023. The agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of this service, you accept these terms in full.

About Us and Licensing

Vipzino is owned and operated by Greenwich N.V., incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 160325, with its registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Curaçao. The company holds Online Gaming Licence OGL/2024/1646/1023, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 31 October 2024, with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board acting as the supervisory body. Payment services are provided by Verdewich Partners Limited, a subsidiary of Greenwich N.V., incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 450647 at A.G. Leventi 5, The Leventis Gallery Tower, 13th floor, Flat/Office 130. The licence covers casino, live casino, sportsbook, and esports under a single online gaming licence bound to the vipzino.com domain.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use this service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and its territories, Curaçao, Russia, Ukraine, and Ontario, along with any other jurisdiction listed on our restricted markets list. You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are prohibited and must be reported to [email protected] . You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep that information current. No withdrawal will be processed until your account has passed full KYC verification, which may include submission of identity documents within 15 days of a request. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these terms or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or use by an ineligible person.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP. The minimum deposit starts at €2 by card, with the exact minimum varying by country at €2, €5, €10, or €15; the per-currency minimum for each cryptocurrency is displayed on the deposit page. The internal operating currency is Euro and we do not perform currency conversion. Withdrawals carry a minimum of €50 (quoted between €50 and €120 depending on the method) and are processed on our side within 72 hours, after which the delivery time of the payment provider applies. Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the deposit where possible, and deposited funds must be played through at least three times before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. We charge no fee on withdrawals; intermediary bank charges on wire transfers are capped at the equivalent of €16, and a 0.1 BTC recovery fee applies only where cryptocurrency is sent to an incorrect network address and the amount exceeds €5,000, with recovery not guaranteed. Withdrawal limits are set per day, week, and month and increase with loyalty rank; the current applicable limits are displayed in the cashier. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant and subject to a monthly fee of €10, or the remaining balance if lower.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion published on this site carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all bonus offers unless a promotion states otherwise. Casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, with a maximum bet of €5 on slots and €10 on live games during any active bonus period, including doubled bets after a completed round and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 10x the bonus amount; winnings derived from no-deposit offers or free spins are capped at €50. Welcome Package bonuses must be cleared within 7 days of crediting; other bonuses are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy feature 50%, live roulette 10%, blackjack 10%, instant win 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses may not be combined. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds, and withdrawing your deposit before wagering requirements are met forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we identify abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors. Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support department in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected] . Where support cannot resolve the matter immediately, the complaint is escalated internally and you will be kept informed of its status. Refund decisions are issued within 7 business days and finalised within 48 hours of the decision. If a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may refer the matter to CADRE, the independent alternative dispute resolution body named in our licence terms, whose decisions are binding on both parties and whose procedure is free of charge to you regardless of outcome. You may also refer unresolved matters to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Referral to CADRE or the regulator does not remove your right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. Governing law is Curaçao.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and will take effect no earlier than two weeks after the notification is sent. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
